  2. Please provide name, address, email, DOB, date of incident, telephone number and any special requests re appointment timing/venue.
  3. You will receive an appointment for the claimant within 24 hours
  4. We will email the claimant the appointment details. We will ask them to confirm that they are able to attend.
  5. We will telephone any claimants who have not confirmed their appointment and remind/offer alternative dates
  6. Within 5 days of the appointment we will email the report to you and also provide the invoice.
